Michigan quarterback Tate Forcier suffered an injury to his right shoulder during the Wolverines' come-from-behind victory over Indiana on Saturday. He said after the game that he thought it was just a bruise, but he looked during the game like he was in more pain than "just a bruise" would imply.
While on the sideline after throwing the touchdown pass that gave Michigan a 36-33 lead late in the fourth quarter, Forcier was wincing and obviously hurting -- and then a Michigan teammate reached out his hand to pat him on the shoulder, and Forcier howled in pain. Forcier also dropped an F-bomb, although the above video cuts out just before that.
Forcier was 11 of 21 for 184 yards, two TDs and an interception. There's no word on whether his shoulder injury will affect him for next week's game at Michigan State.Follow college football? Follow my college football Twitter updates @MichaelDavSmith.

And, he threw a perfect strike TD to win the game with that hurt shoulder. Another twice from behind 4th Quarter comeback victory. The guy is the new Joe Montana.

Let's keep that in perspective. He has a long way to go before you can consider him the next Joe Montana. He needs to win a game or two when he trails by 30 points and there is that thing call four Super Bowls. Let him just be a 19 year old freshman.

OSU will demolish UM again. They have a top 5 defense and the offense has way more potential than UM. Rich Rod is going to use Taint like Meyer uses Tebow. UM has a lousy defense with a safety in Osslowko who is short and slow. OSU will run and throw all over the field and leave UM looking like the team they really are. They are lucky IU and Notre Dame didn't blow them out but both those teams killed themselves by not executing plays and stupid penalties. Even Eastern Michigan gave the defense trouble.

Michigan was given the game by the bad call of the interception...
For over a hundren years the ball always goes to the offence in the call made by the officals which I say was bought off....
NCAA were are you on this one...........
By the way I'm not a Indy fan either.. The big ten is a joke by the way... 11 teams and still called the big ten... HA!!!!!

i agree, the initial call should have been a completed pass. but it happened so fast, and they called it an interception. and by no means was there indisputable evidence to overturn the call.

i still don't even think it was mutual possession. i think if you look closely, warren had it a hell of alot more in his hands than that indiana receiver...enough to definitely call it an interception, and i think thats what the refs saw

I am a UM student and I agree it was the wrong call on the interception, but time was running out regardless and Indiana was still down. The Refs didn't give it to Michigan either. Initially the wrong call was made but the rules of review do not include reviewing who caught the ball, just whether it was a catch or incomplete. The ruling on the field was a catch for Michigan, so the only thing that could be reviewed was whether it was incomplete or not which it obviously wasn't.
