Okay, Lane Kiffin actually said a lot more than that about Urban Meyer at a recent Tennessee "recruiting celebration banquet." In fact, Kiffin states that he is "gonna turn Florida in right here in front of [the crowd]" and then states that while Nu'Keese Richardson was on Tennessee's campus, Meyer was calling him (which Kiffin believed was a violation, apparently incorrectly so). So, yes, this seems like a pretty monster way to fire up a rivalry that didn't really need any firing up. But not to close out on a "calm" note, Kiffin decided to bring the house down with "I love the fact that Urban had to cheat and still didn't get [Richardson]" before being drowned out by Volunteer fans cheering. First let me say that I can't stand Florida or Tennessee. With that being said what exactly is Kiffin trying to accomplish by talking this amount of smack before he even coaches his first game. Last I checked Florida won the MNC this past season and is returning a majority of their starters for the upcoming season. Kiffin is not doing himself or his teaam any favors by running his moouth like he is. My hatred for UT runs deeper than my hatred for UF so I'll enjoy watching the beat down that UF puts on UT.

Please explain how Monte Kiffin is a turncoat(you should probably look up the definition before you answer)? To be a turncoat, someone has to join in allegiance with a former competitor or enemy! BTW, the NCAA said today that Meyer broke no rules and that Kiffin was in violation of the NCAA coaches code of ethics. Kiffin had to apologize to Meyer today. LOL what a clown.
