Both Georgia and Florida put up half-a-hundred on LSU this year. So we were expecting to see an offensive showcase today. We did, but it was all one sided. Maybe Georgia should have celebrated that field goal in the first quarter, because that was about all they had to show for their efforts in this game until the game was out of reach. It was a story of two quarterbacks coming into the game, as well as the end zone dance by the Bulldogs last year. But while Tim Tebow accounted for five touchdowns, Matt Stafford was nothing more than a foot note. Tebow broke the record for rushing touchdowns at Florida. He only had to throw the ball 13 times, completing 10 for two touchdowns and 154 yards. Stafford had a decent day throwing the ball, but the three interceptions killed the Bulldog's chances for a victory.
Georgia goes from everyone's pre-season favorite to completely no chance to win the SEC east. While Florida has a clear path to the SEC championship game, and a possible second trip in three years to the national title game.

Well....as I thought, this looked like Mark Richt apologizng to meyer for last year....by the way he coached or lack of....I am so sick of his lack of emotion,he is a joke, and our def cord. should be ashamed and fired.....willie (i cant coach) martinez...heres a news flash...idiot....how about a little pressure on the other teams QB.....the word is BLITZ.....IT JUST MIGHT WORK.....I pray that Bowden retires soon so Richt goes back to Florida state, and ruins them.....and take your whole coaching staff with you.....please.....you would think we could get a field goal kicker at least who was able to kick a short field goal.......UGA staff....way to keep your players spirits up.....every one should be sick of the Richt era now....I know I am.....

The Gators are playing with a real chip on their shoulder. And with Georgia there was major chip.
So, "THE" game may be the one in Atlanta against Alabama.

fulmer has his urban has his saban has his miles has his and richt has a new opportunity. coach richt and co. should find their dreams in the low talent of the acc and leave the sec to the winners not the consistant losers. u of ga had its best chance in a long while. to say that cmr and co belongs in this program is rediculous. the obsurdity that a good high school coach could duplicate what u of ga record reflects now is a reality. ya just can't keep goin with a loser like richt. he'll grow sure but so do the other programs. he has learned nothing from ga pride and grit that has kept them a winning program with just good personnel. no richt takes the very best the nation has to offer and demoralizes the into a ho ho hum team of mediocre reputation. so where are all the editorials and blogs calling for change and improvement? where is the outrage which accompanies such a disasterious season of total disappointmentand shame that come with total routs. iu of ga better start liking gymnastic and tennis
