Baseball is finally fading into the Autumn light! College football can come front and center, and with that comes many questions. Is Vanderbilt for real? Will Ohio State's national title hopes evaporate in Madison, Wisconsin? Can USC get past the other Oregon team? Does anyone want to win the Big East?
We'll be here to watch and talk you through it all day long. Join us after the jump starting a 12pm EST. Give your predictions, praise your star player, and name the coaches on the hot seat. Talk to you then.

Rodriguez has got to GO! And I do NOT mean GO BLUE either! This guy is an idiot! He gets his butt kicked by Illini in a homecoming game and he stands there grinning.. what is he on PROZAC? Get rid of this CLOWN!

As a MSU fan I was happy of see Michigan lose to Illinois. That said, you have to give a new coach one year for rebuilding.

Diane - Moo U, began as an Agricultural College and never would have gotten to be as large as it is if U of M had not lead the way. By the way whats MSU's Record against U of M? gee, I wonder why my family always bought season tickets to U of M games until my grandfather, uncles, and father passed away.
DUMP RODRIGUEZ!

Brat... You are exactly right. Rodriguez needs to go. In fact, he should have NEVER been the UM Head Coach to begin with.
He prooved when he slithered away from WVa, that he was unethical. The guy has NO class, and certainly should not be representing one of the best Football programs in Sports.
He IS an embarassment to the University of Michigan.
I feel for all the UM fans, and I'm a Buckeye too.

The announcers for the Alamaba and Uk were awful!! They could not be any less interested in the game!! They even had to remind themselves, "Well,we better focus on this game!!" They did not even know what an illegal formation was!! The announcers have to be more focused on the game and know the rules. As a woman, people are amazed what I know about football. I know more than most men and even for then theseannouncers. At least I can say my father was a football coat and I paid attition to the game more than I can say about these announcers!!

CU wasn't expected to beat Texas but they sputtered again as Cody Hawkins' 3 or 4 passes are blocked at the line and his passing stats are once again near the bilges of the Big XII. He fumbled once and misfired on other passes. No, it's not all on the QB BUT Hawkins is not major college material (Last week he overthree open receivers miserably). It may take some time for the coach to face up to that. When asked what happened, the coach blamed it the field goal kicker - yes, the guy missed 3 field goals. But wait a minute, if you're moving the offense your field goal kicker shouldn't be out there that much. So why lay the blame there? I for one have had it with this family experiment. CU is supposed to be a major college program, so why are we turning it into a family affair? Basta! (Enough already)!

Cast Iron Lady- Try and control your anger. UM has always been a lousy looser and you're reflective of that tradition. Without UM money and privilages MSU is competitive in football and dumps on UM in basketball.
