Trojan Gameday: Cornquest Edition

This week's edition of "Trojan Gameday" travels to Lincoln, Nebraska, where we seek to bring you the sights of Fandom from the 2007 USC Trojans' quest for the National Championship. Luckily, there was more than just going through the motions this week.

Of course, the Trojans brought the world-famous Song Girls to Lincoln, who we imagine were quite cold in the fifty-degree weather of late Summer in Middle America.

Nebraska fans were prepared to with witty tee-shirts inspired by many a Pac Ten opponent...

Nebraskans also redefined the "Fall of Troy"--for the second year in a row!

These guys didn't seem to mind the cold weather... But we had to get inside to the heat and the USC pregame pep rally!

...where we were asked to check our concealed weapons at the door.

Which was probably a good thing for this USC fan...

And we got up close and personal with the Song Girls!

More Song Girls!

And the USC Spirit Squad, featuring former Trojan punter Phil Mellinger!

Then it was off to Memorial Field for the game! Let the Cornquest Begin!

See you next week from the Coliseum, where USC takes on Wazzu.
